An analysis of animal rights in the context of legal and philosophical subject problem

All regulations that have claimed to provide legal protection towards non-human animals in contemporary legal systems, to all intents and purposes did not grant rights to animals within the framework of the principle of inviolability. Animal welfare regulations supposedly ensure that the physical health of animals are protected throughout their lifetime, although it is held affordable to sacrifice animal life for consumption intended for humanity. Consequently, anthropocentric approaches in the philosophical sense and according to the same understanding the legal status of animals are being objectified as properties, as will be discussed exceedingly detailed in this study. It is anticipated that this study will draw attention to speciesism in anthropocentric philosophical and legal discourse, and to discuss why animals are obliged to have rights, in addition to why they cannot have these rights within existing legal paradigms
