Abstract (EN)
In this study, alkaliphilic, halophilic and thermophilic Bacillus sp. strains isolated and characterized from the soil and water samples collected from the Van Lake and Khazar Sea. In this purpose, bacterial growth and enzyme production on plates besides this optimum temperature and pH range, enzyme activity with respect to time, specific activity and substrat specificity values of enzymes have been determined. The protein band profiles of all bacterial strains have been determined by SDS-PAGE. Besides this activity bands of enzymes have been determined by zymogram analysis.
