Abstract (EN)

The changing and developing technology has brought the subjects regarding professional health and safety as well as the production continuity, increasing the quality and efficiency on the agenda in ready-made clothing establishments. The opinions of directors and employees working in ready-made clothing establishments, about work safety and determination of the applications used on this subject have been searched thoroughly. The thoughts and applications of ready-made clothing directors and employees related to the effects of work safety on the product quality and efficiency have been determined and the proposals have been presented on applicable working safety precautions. Importance and purpose of the subject have been indicated in the introduction section. The researches on the conceptual frame have been placed in the second section. The material and method, serving as basis for planning and carrying out the research, have been tried to be explained. The data obtained by means of questionnaire and observations applied for the sake of determining the opinions and relevant applications about the effect of working safety of ready-made clothing directors and employees on the product quality and efficiency, converted to tables and their necessary statistical analyses have been done in the fourth section of the research. In the last section of the research, conclusions obtained within the direction of opinions and their relevant applications on ensuring the working safety of directors and employees in ready-made clothing establishments, the efficiency of working safety on the product and lastly some proposals have been presented depending upon these conclusions.
