NEW MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM BASED ON THE CIRCUMSTENCES OFTHE USAGE OF MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEMS IN READY-MADECLOTHING SECTOR AND USER TRAINING PROGRAM MODELBaşak BOĞDAYReady-made clothing sector, which has an important place in the economy of thecountry,has tobe integrated to science and technology if it is to be improved and challengingin the international bazaar day by day.The possible risks of the unpredictable situations are the side effects is thecompanies.The technological asistans that the managers use are very important companies.In these investigations,management intelligence ssystems which ables the managingdepartments inside procedures to be managed,systematical archiving to be done areintroduced particularly,the benefits of these systems on clothing sector ; are investigated.Sweeping model descriptive method is used for investigating in the investigatipn.Investigation universe consists of the companies that produce men wear in Ankara andEskişehir. 22 companies are reached through to gather information in the polls.The gathered info summary is bellow :1. The information system usage of the clothing companies in Tırley is on the brink ofimprovement.2. Companies don?t have therequired info about the information systmes.That?s why themanaging information system isn?t used everywhere or if it?s,then no efficiency isgained.3. The companies that use or is going to use the management information system havedeclared the requirements of the management information system as ; processing indifferent operating systmes,defend the system software on the requirements,detectingthe mistakes that come up in the system on designing part,archiving by using thesystem and making the changes single handedly , accessibility of the system by therelated personel,form and report construction avalibility and the flexibility of systemssoftware.In conclusion of the gathered info , the prototype information system is offered to theclothing companies.Key words:Ready to wear, management, information systems.
