Abstract (EN)
At the present day, production planning and control function is vital importance in the enterprise field. Enterprises attach importance to production planning for using limited resources effective and to conduct the activities in the face of competition. In case of decisions should be taken in production planning affects other operating decisions, it is good to take them with together. Aggregate Production Planning is one of the implement of Production Planning and Control operations. Along with Aggregate Production Planning, by regulating production rate, workforce level, overtime and other contrallable variables, tries forecasting demand correspondence. The aim of the process is to minimize the cost. company which has seasonal fluctuations in sales and chemical production process, by using lineer programming production cost is minimized and company?s objectives are set and mathematical models are improved to reach optimum result. The parameters which are used in the mathematical models are taken from company.
