Assessment of professionalism levels of physicians, nurses and health managers

Quite a few professions should have worked together when health services being offered to. Nowadays, health services have not been assessed as a service that is given by solely by the physicians and nurses like in the former times. Many professions serve in this field that is in a very close relation with each other. The physicians and nurses had been kept pace with these changes for the years passed. Nursing becomes a profession that can adopt its own decisions and much more professional. Also, the identity of being chief for the physicians had been yielded to the health managers. Moreover, it has been understood that the hospitals can not be manage by only medical knowledge but also management formation must be required. As a result of this, heath management profession and education are gained ground.The changes that are occurred at the offering of the health services had been made us to think the professionalism of the professions at what point that are serving in the health services. This research includes the assessment of the health service providers such as physicians, nurses and health managers regarding their level of professionalism requirements. In conclusion, it has been observed that physicians full filled their professional requirements and the process of the professionalism is being continued for the nurses and health managers.Key Words: Physicians, Nurse, Health managers, Profession, Professionalism
