Abstract (EN)

Today, the patient-physician relationship, the human rights developments in the whole world influenced by changes in the patients' rights continue to show. The development of medical law and medical malpractice application of patients' rights is experiencing these changes have emerged. Defensive medicine through physician practices are protecting themselves. Physician concern themselves with issues pose a risk to include the connection of defensive medicine practices. This study; of health care in execution of the main factors that physicians defensive medicine practices on this issue and reached the level at which you can see in the healthcare industry patient-physician relationship management of the important indicators and criteria is one of the defensive medical practices and patient relations by examining the evaluation was conducted. Physicians in our country, despite being aware of the increasing medical malpractice lawsuits, you should be aware that the medical law by failing to give due consideration to issues not fulfill. Complications of malpractice distinction can not be made with certainty, medical malpractice insurance difficulty in being fully informed about defensive medicine failed to demonstrate good management practices. Defensive medicine physicians, patients, health systems and there is damage to the economy of this state can not be managed well illustrates the problem of medical malpractice. Defensive medicine will be made to prevent direct his work on legislation and law enforcement is likely to worsen the problem.
