Abstract (EN)

Job satisfaction is the company of the purposes of motivating those who work to get positive results and a factor which significantly contribute to the enhancement of performance and job satisfaction in this way. Job satisfaction levels for effective and efficient work of the employees involved in the operation of a low standard of modern business. Therefore, organization managers, to identify priority issues to improve the job satisfaction of their employees and must take measures to increase their job satisfaction. The aim of this thesis is to compare the private and public sectors and job satisfaction of nurses intend to leave under a heavy responsibility and workload. Working in areas where nurses are nurses working in private and public. Research questions based on a voluntary basis in the Kadikoy district of Istanbul Provincial Health Authority has implemented a total of 400 staff nurses. Regression in order to find answers to the survey questions on correlation and path analysis. The SPSS 19.0 and LISREL 8.8 software was used for analysis. As a result it has been achieved if the private and the public sector intention to leave the job satisfaction was negatively affected by the findings.
