Abstract (EN)
Aim: This research was conducted to determine the mediating role of leader member interaction in the effect of job rotation stress on burnout in nurses working in a city hospital. Method: The research was designed in a descriptive pattern. The research sample consisted of 523 nurses selected by simple random method among working nurses. Data were collected using the "Personal Information Form", "Job Rotation Stress Scale", "Maslach Burnout Scale", "Leader Member Interaction Scale" and analyzed using appropriate analysis programs. Result: According to the analysis results; Job rotation stress affects burnout positively and significantly, job rotation stress affects leader-member interaction negatively and significantly, leader-member interaction affects burnout negatively and significantly, and it has been determined that leader-member interaction plays a mediating role in the effect of job rotation stress on burnout in nurses. Conclusion: It was determined that leader-member interaction had a mediating role in the effect of job rotation stress on burnout in nurses.
