Abstract (EN)

Purpose: This research in the context of public hospital and university hospital nurses working in the frequency of occupational injuries and job satisfaction factors associated with the determination of the state hospital and university hospital nurses working in between the frequency of occupational injuries and job satisfaction in terms intended to compare.Method: The sampling method in the study and any sample size was not determined, the entire universe of research groups have been identified as.(n = 607) Study developed by researchers sociodemographic characteristics, frequency of occupational injuries and related facilities Ege University Department of Psychology by the validity and reliability has been "job satisfaction scale with three-part questionnaire was developed. Data were analyzed with SPSS 10.0 package program.Results: In studies conducted in 2008, %42.3 of participating nurses has been working in State Hospital, % 57.7 of participating nurses has been working in University Hospital. The average age of nurses is 30.2±6.0.
