Relationship between learned resourcefulness, job satisfaction and stress coping methods in nurses.

This research, learned resourcefulness levels of nurse job satisfaction and planned to examine the relation ships between stress, coping styles, is a study in descriptive and relational type. Research, Ankara Atatürk Training and Research Hospital staff nurses (N = 500), nurses who agreed to participate voluntarily in the study (n = 302) was conducted with face to face. Data, "Nurses Information Form", "Rosenbaum Learned Resourcefulness Scale," "Minnesota Job Satisfaction Questionnaire" and " Stress Coping Ways Questionnaire" was collected. Evaluation of the data, the number and percent age, mean, "t" test, analysis of variance and correlation analysis was used. Learned Resourcefulness Scale nurses (OGO) mean score 94.16 ± 19.73, Minnesota Job Satisfaction Scale (MIDO) 'Over all Satisfaction Score average scores, respectively, 2.74 ± 0.72, Internal Satisfaction Subscales core of 2.77 ± 0.75, External Satisfaction Subscale score of 2.69 ± 0.77 and Stress Coping Ways Questionnaire is the average score was found to be 50.05 ± 9.15. Most "confident approach as a way of coping with the nurses", at least if 'were using to refer to the social support. OGO mean score wıth MIDO General Satisfaction, weak from internal satisfaction and external satisfaction mean scores, but there is a positive correlation, similar OGO mean score only with SDB and KGY subscale mean scores between the very poor, a significant positive correlationwas found to be.
