Özet (EN)

The role of health workers in parallel to the rapid changes in health care services is also growing. Failure to be updated to meet the needs of the day, therefore individual mandate , role conflict that has caused corporate and social consequences are seen as role ambiguity and burnout occurs. Determination of the burnout status of nurses, resulting in health care and the management concept of role, is to express the impact of burnout on the role of uncertainty and role conflict. The human factor is of great importance in organizational activities pose a serious effect on the quality of service while remaining under the influence of organizational variables. Most of the time, among other things affecting the actual behavior of those who work due to organizational variables negatively and, more recently, has also increased the importance of burnout. Conflict and uncertainty that could arise from the concept of role in determining organizational behavior and burnout are among the reasons are seen in a negative impact on business. In the theoretical section of the research, these concepts were explained in detail.
