Thi̇s research i̇s done to determi̇ne the atti̇tudes and behavi̇ours of the nures

Work in Başakşehir Çam and Sakura City Hospital, for the disasters and also to see their experiences and necessities about the disasters in a definite and sectional way. The research is planned to be done among 2143 nurses working in Başakşehir Çam and Sakura City Hospital. However the study is based on voluntariness, all the nurses haven't been reached so the study is continued with the 302 nurses Who have %95 confidence interval and %5,23 error rate. Datas are collected with the form of specifications and scale of disaster preparation sense in nurses(HAHAÖ). Numbers, percentage, average, Mann-Whitney U Test, Kruskall Wallis H Test, spearman correlation analysis are used to consideration of the Datas. According to the research findings, the average of ages of the nurse is 25,88 +- 2.21. They are mostly women (%62,3),single (76,7), bachelor (%91,7), working in emergency (%51,5) and they have 0-3 years working time at most. The %73.8 of nurses are qualified partially ready for the disaster. Cronbabach (a) value of the scale of disaster preparation sense in nurses is dound very high with 0,917. According to the scores of the scale of disaster preparation sense in nurses, they got 25,702 (min-max: 6-30 points) in preparation sub- dimension, 30,202 (min-max: 9-45 points) in interference dimension, 17,374(min-max: 5- 25 points) in after disaster dimension and 73,278 (min-max 20-100 points) in total scales. These results show that the sense of disaster preparation of the nurses are rather high. According to the sex, educational background of the participants, the kind of disaster education and changeables of the reading hospital disaster plan, no meaningful relation is found in perception levels of disaster (p>0,05). Accoding to the ages, marital status and the working departments of the participants, their participation in disaster drill and the changeables of taking disaster education, meaningful relation is found in perception levels of disaster (p<0,05).
