Özet (EN)
Aim: It was aimed to determine nurses' e-learning attitudes and the factors affecting them. Methodology: The study was descriptive cross-sectional type. The population of the research was 3556 nurses working in Ankara City Hospital; the sample consisted of 570 nurses determined by stratified sampling method. The data collected through 'Descriptive/Descriptive Information Form' and 'A General Attitude Scale towards ELearning' between July and December 2020 during COVID-19 Pandemic in Ankara City Hospital. Data was analyzed through SPSS 23. Results: Participants age average was 30.77±7,636. 91.6% are women, 53.3% are married and 52.5% have undergraduate education. Participants' average score of general attitude towards e-learning was 73.77, mean score, prone to e-learning from sub-dimensions was 36.62, and average score of participants escaping from elearning was 37.15. Using multiple regression analysis, overall attitudes of the participants towards e-learning are affected significantly by following variables; "desire to receive training on e-learning", "duration of cellphone usage", "experiences on open education", "cellphones usage proficiency", "e-learning in the institution they work", ''frequency of using applications"; yet not affected by variables like; 'education level', 'marital status', 'people living with', 'previously participating in e-learning training', 'age', 'working time at the institution', 'professional working time' and 'daily internet usage time'. xii Conclusion: Findings indicate that nurses' attitudes towards e-learning are positive. Factors other than technical device competency and e-learning experiences have little impact on e-learning attitudes. Findings suggest that enhancing e-learning experiences and spreading the usage of technology gadgets in healthcare will change people's attitudes towards e-learning.
