Abstract (EN)
In view of moral and material losses caused by landslides, landslide monitoring and research needs to be done ensue an important natural event. In order to minimization of losses and cope with these natural events crustal movements should be monitored periodically. Deformation measurements can be made periodically, depending on the speed of these movements. As a result of the measurements performed deformation analysis can be made, changes of objects can be determined and can be decided about objects. In the study, 35 different points covers landslides in Kutlugün(Hacımehmet) village in Çağlayan in the province of Trabzon TUSAGA-Active and benefiting from GPS measurements performed in 3 periods (Aug.2012, Nov.2012, Feb.2013). Static and kinematic deformation analysis of occuring deformations were made. Obtained data are analyzed. These data were used in static deformation model and kinematic model of single point. The movement of points, the movements of speeds and accelerations were determined by kinematic model of single point. Kalman-Filtering technique is used in the solution of the model. As a result of analysis are determined horizontal and vertical positon variations and velocity vectors. Some comments have been made about current status and mechanism of landslide's and taking measure rewardingly. Direction, amount and speed of floating point are determined. And according to this, behavior of the landslide is analyzed. Deformation monitoring availability of TUSAGA-Active systems were investigated and has tried to answer the question whether or not achieved desired sensibility. Usability of TUSAGA-Active system in terms of time and cost is highlighted in small scale and locally landslides.
