Özet (EN)

Textile-reinforced concretes (TRC), which use has become increasingly widespread in the last quarter of a century, are obtained by using raw or epoxy-reinforced textile products with high tensile strength and fine-grained concrete. The use of epoxy brings high costs as well as high strength. In this thesis, it is aimed to design a textile surface for TRC production by using hybrid yarn production methods. The effect of the designed surface on concrete strength and production cost has been investigated. Alkali resistant glass, basalt and carbon filament were selected as the main reinforcement component within the scope of the thesis. These filaments were prepared in five types as raw, epoxy prepared by three different methods and hybrid yarn form. Textile surfaces are prepared in two different types, consisting of 10x40 and 10x8 filaments. The prepared surfaces were placed at a distance of 3, 5 and 10 mm from the sample base. Thus, 91 samples produced with different parameters were prepared together with the sample without reinforcement. Four point bending test was applied to the prepared samples and their bending strength was calculated. Load-displacement graphs were drawn from the bending test results, the behavior of the samples under load was examined and their specific fracture energies were calculated. Finally, production costs have been compared. Within the scope of the study, samples with hybrid yarns that provide 37% strength increase with a price increase of 9% compared to the samples using raw filaments were produced.
