Radial fans are used in many areas, such as dust and shavings, for the discharge of air, cooling, air conditioning and ventilation. High flow and pressure can be achieved because of the biggest choice. Radial fans consist of two main parts, called snails and rotors. Thanks to the blades on the Rotor, the fan is able to pressurize the air from an environment and send air to the desired environment at the desired flow and pressure. The snail ensures that the air flow from the rotor blades is collected and routed to the fan outlet. Under the thesis, the suction fan system of the hybrid street sweeping vehicle was examined and the appropriate fan design and prototype were manufactured. In the hybrid Street sweep vehicle, the targeted fan elements in the suction fan system are able to achieve 5000 m3h flow. Therefore, due to the high efficiency of the fan selection and the ability to operate at high speeds, the backward curved impeller type is preferred. The production of Optimum fan design has been done in the Fluent program in the Solidworks program through the existing fan model of the company, after the CAD design was done, and a finite volume solution was made. Some paremeters were changed on the radial Fan geometry and the analyses were repeated on the same boundary lines. For design improvements, first the wing angles of the radial fan have been changed. Firstly, the radial fan, the β1 angle is kept constant and β2 changed, then β2 fixed and β1 angle was changed to compare the results. Then Wing Angles of the arc by athe speed and pressure values were compared again by changing the number of different wings. With the changes that can be carried out in the blade structure of the fan, the angle of attack and the flow difference are taken into consideration by increasing the static pressure difference of the suction can be increased by the appropriate impeller design is created.
