Özet (EN)
In this thesis study, unbalance failure resolved is explained that occurs after the vibration analysis in the hydroelectric power plant are used rotary machines. In this context, first energy sources are mentioned, hydroelectric power plants are examined particularly, predictive maintenance practices are given and theoretical subjects about vibration analysis are shared. Unbalance failure parameters are observed in the absolute bearing vibrations taken periodically from the hydroelectric power plant unit. To make the correct diagnosis, relative shaft vibrations are measured and analyzed and the unbalance failure is confirmed. Balancing procedures have been applied to the unit to eliminate the unbalance failure. After the balancing procedure, relative shaft vibration are measured again and seen that the unbalance failure is disappeared. In this context, it is emphasized that technics of predictive maintenance, especially the vibration analysis method could give us an opinion about the machine without stopping it.
