Abstract (EN)
Especially over the last years, global warming and climate change has become a major issue of concern. CO2 contribution to the global warming is estimated to be %50. Precautions were taken to limit the emissions of the motor vehicles which are responsible for %60 of the total CO2 emissions. Fuel cells that use hydrogen as a fuel, among other alternatives, are being investigated to build clean and sustainable energy system. It is still not certain which technology and/or technologies will shape the future of motor vehicle and the automotive industry. A fuel cell ? battery hybrid electric personal city transport vehicle concept is suggested by bearing in mind the disadvantages of the personal transport vehicles. Manufacturing and testing this vehicle will be the next phase of my study. Key words: Hydrogen, fuel cells, automotive
