Özet (EN)
In recent years, important studies have been conducted on biomaterial / tissue interaction in human life. In the past years, when the human tissue was damaged or lost its function, it was the removal of this tissue from the body. However, with the development of biomaterial science, the removal of the damaged tissue from the human tissue has been eliminated by the replacement of the damaged tissue with the implantation method. As a result of these studies, it allowed the development of biocompatible materials (compatible with the tissue in contact with the human body) to replace the natural tissues in the human body. In this study, biocompatible materials were synthesized in fractures of bone tissue with high biocompatibility, fractures, dental implants and need for a second operation. For this purpose, 3 different silane compounds AMMO (3 aminopropyl trimethoxysilane), GLYMO (3-glycidyloxypropyl trimethoxysilane) and MTMS (methyltrimethoxysilane) and alkaline silicates to increase the surface strength of biomaterials with hydroxyapatite (HAP) particles with biocompatible age precipitation method. Sodium Silicate (Na2SiO3), Potassium Silicate (K2SiO3), Lithium Silicate (Li2SiO3) and their mixture are doped. The scanning electron microscope (SEM), gravimetric analysis - differential thermal analysis (Tg-DTA), differential scanning calorimeter (DSC), Fourier Transform Infrared Spectrophotometer (FTIR) and Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometry were used to elucidate the structures of synthesized biomaterials.
