Abstract (EN)

Hydraulic systems are important in all over industrial sectors because of its performance is so high in several areas of industry, according to many technical expectation criters like pressure, working temperature, manufacturing time, maintenance time, easy availability of spare parts, economical engineering costs and working with computer aided automation control systems. At the begining of the sections, the fundemental of hydraulics has explained, then hydraulic pipe cutting machine, especially automatic control systems and control organ types has been examined. Flow rate equations of one horizontal hydraulic cyclinder has been substracted and mathematics model of th cyclinder-valve system has been generated. At the end of section, condition equations which is result of the valve-cyclinder mathematics model has been solved with Runge Kutta numerical entegration method on the Matlab Simulink software. The Project in its present form is the result of PD, PI, PID hydraulic control experimental on the computer simuation effects of ?hydraulic pipe cutting machine? that has hydraulic power unit and the hydraulic system elements which is including dirctional control valve with four gate-three positioned and horizontal cyclinders. The initial idea was to determine the most apropriate hydraulic automatic control method between PD, PI and PID for directional control valve with four gate-three positioned. Some success data analyzed in diagrams with PD automatic control method, eventually simulation of P-t, x-t, Q-t diagrams according to PID and PI automatic control method which is as the test substance. The contributions of this study are twofold. First, the auromatic control response of hydraulic valve was benchmarked. Secondly, the benefits of a automatic control simulation technic utilizing the rapid response was demonstrated.
