Özet (EN)

This study was carried out to determine the effects of plant height and nutritive value of green fodder obtained from barley, oat, barley+oat, ryegrass and ryegrass+barley seeds. As a consequence of the research, ranging from 3,360 g to 6,360 g of green fodder was obtained from used 1kg of the seeds. Compared with seeds, the highest value in oat green fodder and the lowest value in ryegrass green fodder of dry matter content was obtained. Ash content was highest in barley+oat fodder but lowest in ryegrass fodder .The crude protein content had the highest for the oat green fodder and the lowest barley+oat green fodder. Ether extract content of green fodders ranges from %1,98 to %5,28. The lowest crude fiber content was obtained from barley green fodder while the highest crude fiber from barley+ryegrass. The highest ADF content was recorded by the ryegrass green fodder group followed by barley+oat, oat, barley+ryegrass and barley green fodder groups. The ryegrass green fodder group showed an NDF content of %36,41 produced by the hydroponic system. As a result, it has been determined that produced in hydroponic systems barley seeds can be planted individually as well as mixed with oats and ryegrass seeds.
