Applications of financial ratio techniques in some of the companies operating in 3831-Electrical Machinery and Equipment Industry that the stocks are being traded in the BİST100

Financial analysis is mainly made for foreign investors, financial institutions, suppliers and, tax audits when necessary. Within this research, the financial statements of the seven companies operating in the 3831-Electric Machines and Equipment Industry which their stocks are being traded in BIST100 were examined by using the ratio analysis methods. Due to the analysis, it is seen that the liquid assets of the companies are generally sufficient. However, the high short-term debt of these companies suggests that they may have difficulty in meeting their obligations in a possible economic crisis. Moreover, it can be said that the financial structures of these companies do not give much reliance. Key Words: Financial Analysis, Ratio Analysis, Electric Machines and Devices Industry Sector
