Abstract (EN)
Organizations need to ensure customer satisfaction in order to continue their lives, as well as make their employees happy. In this study, it has been tried to test whether there is any change in the job satisfaction levels of the employees in the banking sector. Frequency analysis, reliability analysis, t-test, one way analysis of variance, correlation analysis and regression analysis were used in the analysis of the questionnaire. Non-parametric tests of these tests were used for normal non-dispersive data. As a result of the study, it was observed that in-service training and job satisfaction were not affected by demographic characteristics (gender, age, education level and working time). In the post-training evaluations of employees receiving in-service training, it has been investigated that pursuing job performance has positive results. After the increase in salary and promotion amounts after the training, the level of job satisfaction increased and the linear relationship between in-service training and job satisfaction was observed.
