A research in pay hospital on the importance of human resource and in the use of human resources management functions in service enterprise

Competitive advantage because of growing competition in the service sector, the way to win passes to create human resource difference. The service businesses are aware of the importance of human resource management functions is required. The purpose of this study, managers of pay hospitals in the province of Eskisehir on human resource management functions are to expose ideas. This study is the use of hospitals, human resources and human resource management functions that are important in placing. The study, four pay hospital serving the province of Eskisehir qualitative analysis of survey data were collected by the method. As a result, hospital managers interviewed believed to be effective and efficient hospitals, hospitals of the importance given to human resources, information about organizational performance, but enough not to share with employees has emerged.Key Words: Human resources management, pay hospital, organizational performance
