Abstract (EN)

Managers embrace some methods as motivation towards their subalterns. However; they ignore what subalterns think about their leadership behaviours and don?t consider the effects of their leadership behaviours on them.In this study concepts and theories were mentioned in the first three chapters. In the final chapter to understand whether there was a meaningful relationship between managers? leadership behaviors and employee job satisfaction a survey was implemented on 220 persons in 20 service firms in the province of Kütahya.Consequently the results of the survey were analyzed with statistical methods. As a result of analysis it was understood that managers? leadership behaviors affect job satisfaction level. Taken as a sample of employees in these 20 service enterprises those who have democratic-participative leadership behaviors were found that they had were glad to work with. Besides employees don?t like to work with managers having autocratic leadership behavior.
