Abstract (EN)
The main aim of organizations maintains their existence via creation of business processes which customer-focused, effective use of resources, profitable, successful and increasing the level of current job performance and customer satisfaction. In the current competitive environment is one of the basic elements of existence is to develop business systems which focused on customer satisfaction. This this end, for managing and restructuring business processes, data should be evaluated with statistical techniques within a disciplin.In recent years, many organization, with using Six Sigma approach, sought answers to this question, "how we will continue to be successful??. Six Sigma approach is an approach aimed at reduce errors and costs, increase quality and get rid of variability throughout the organization. There are a lot of the success story of the Six Sigma projects that managed by organizations.In the literature has been observed that, Six Sigma approach has found more applications in the manufacturing sector according to in the service sector. In this study, the methodology of Six Sigma was applied to the process of a bank's lending activities that operating in the service sector and results are evaluated.Key Words: Six Sigma, Service, Banking
