In this study, the effects of terms of trade changes on the balance of trade have been tried to be determined by modern time series analysis. Using data for the period 2013:1-2023:1, the following results were obtained; 1) According to the GMM Test results, the coefficient of the balance of trade indicating the HLM Effect is positive and statistically significant at the 5% level. Therefore, it can be said that the balance of trade has a positive effect on the terms of trade. 2) Granger causality analysis was applied. According to the results obtained, there is no causality relationship between the two variables in the short run.
