Hodgkin lenfomada klinikopatolojik değerlendirme

Aim of the study: In the present study, we aimed to evaluate clinicopathologic features and prognostic factors of Hodgkin Lymphoma patients followed in Dokuz Eylul University Haemotology Department.Material Method: 90 Hodgkin?s Lyphoma (HL) patients (43.3 % men and 56.7 % women) were retrospectively evaluated in our study. Mean age of the patients was 43.5. Nodular sclerosing HL is the most prominent histologic subtype (60%). 54.5% of the patients were early grade HL (Grade I and II). B symptoms and extranodal involvement were present 58.9% and 17.8% of the patients respectively. Bulky disease was present 27.8% of cases. Performance score of the 93.4% patients were ECOG 0 or 1. Mean ertyrocyte sedimentation rate was 56.8 mm/hour and Lactate Dehyrdogenase level was 315 U/L. 63.3% of the patients was taken radiotherapy. The most used chemotherapy protocol administered to study patients was ABVD. Relapse was occurred in 26.6% of the cases during the follow-up. 15 (17.7%) of the patients had autologous hematopoietic stem cell transplantation after high dose chemotherapy. The 60-month overall survival and relapse free survival rates of the all HL patients were 87.8% and 80.0% respectively. Overall survival and relapse free survival rates were 91.7% and 83.3% respectively for Grade I disease and 68.4 and 68,4 for Grade IV disease. All the patients were analysed and B symptoms, ESR, serum LDH level and IPS score were found affective factors on survival. Factors that have prognostic significance on monovarient analysis results, also pound to be an independent negative prognostic factor on survival, when re-evaluated with multivariant analysis methods.Key words:Hodgkin?s lymphoma;treat
