Making comparison the story of Hurşit and Mahı Mihri with its variants

The aim of the study is to compare the story of Hurşit and Mam Mihri which is told in the south east and east Anatolia regions by making firm the variant of Gazi Antep with written text and the other verbal sources of this variant. For this reason, various kind of folk stories which have commanly been told and thought as the most valuable love in public were also studied to be compared with episodes and motifs which are placed in the story. The studies which were done related to this subject were gathered together and examined, and they were researched on aspects of related with both the mythology and the story. The episodes and motifs which are placed in the story were evaluated separately. Furthermore it was tried to emphasize the importance of writing out of this story which tended to be forgotten in Gazi Antep.
