Topic/plot and structure in Hüseyin Rahmi Gurpinar?s stories

Huseyin Rahmi Gurpinar, distinguished with novelist identity in Turkish literature, is a productive author, who has written stories, plays, literary criticisms and newspaper articles besides his novels and has gained his life by writing. In this paper, Huseyin Rahmi Gurpinar?s stories and his storytelling have been investigated.In the ?Introduction? part in which Huseyin Rahmi?s storytelling has been dealt with a qualitative point of view, a general review has been carried out including the views of researchers and critics.?Topic/Plot in Stories? and ?Structure in Stories? parts have been constituted the main parts of the research. In the first part, ?Topic/Plot in Stories?, stories have been taken under a contextual analysis. The topics/plots, found and classified based on stories, have been investigated separately. In the second part, ?Structure in Stories?, Huseyin Rahmi?s stories have been analyzed in terms of ?common structure?, ?staff of the character?, ?time? and ?place? factors.In the course of investigations/analyses, proposed findings and views have been tried to be grounded by making use of sociological, psychological, pedagogical, historical and philosophical resources as well as theoretical works.After the ?Conclusion? part in which inferences have been deduced about Huseyin Rahmi?s stories and storytelling by considering the obtained findings, the ?Resources? part, where the works that shed light on this paper, has been included.Key Words1.Huseyin Rahmi Gurpinar2.Story3.Topic4.Plot5.Structure
