Children's rights in the hadiths of The Prophet (P.B.U.H)

The religion of Islam is based on the protection of religion, life, progeny, property and mind as the main purpose. Among these five goals, preserving the generation may come to the fore more depending on the achievement of other goals. Because protecting the generation is essential for the continuation of humanity and the existence of healthy generations. For a good life there are a set of responsibilities that belong to children, parents, and society. And every child is the inheritor of the World. So the rights of children need to be protected for a good world. Injustice, especially against children, poses a danger to the future of society. Hz. Muhammad (p.b.u.h) gave great importance to the protection of all kinds of rights of children. He has taken precaution for their happiness in this world and the hereafter. In this study, The rights that the Prophet Muhammad (p.b.u.h) brought to children and the precautions he took to raise them well are discussed. In our study, we have based on examining the generally accepted narrations. Despite this, we preferred to be satisfied with enough narrations to Express our concern. We did not set an age limit for children in our study. This is because of our intention to Express our responsibilities to parents and their children, regardless of their age. Our main purpose in this study is to emphasize the rights that our Prophet (p.b.u.h) described for children. In this respect, rumors about children's rights have been carefully examined in the thesis. The thesis has three basic principles. The first two parts are to identify the related hadiths and contact them to the subject we are studying, and then analyze the attitudes and behaviors of the Messenger of Allah (p.b.u.h) to these. In the last part, we planned to find the current comments of the data on the related hadith and sunnah. Keywords: Prophet, Hadith, Child, Right, Law.
