The role of tacit sunnah in determining the limit of the legislative authority of the Prophet

The legislative authority of the Prophet is a revelation accepted since the revelation. It has been emphasized the existence of this authority in the Qur'an and Hadith in the surveys that we have done by taking the verses and hadiths as the center. The legislative authority of the Prophet and this authorization have the contacts with the revelation. For this reason, it has been emphasized that the issues such as limitations of sunnah and the control mechanisms that determine it. There are disputes related to legislative all of the value of words, acts and tacit of Prophet's. When the sources of the hadith are searched, it is seen that the words and acts belonging to him are included detachedly in the sources. However, the place and value of his tacit in the sunnah can be determined when the details of his words and actions are entered. For this reason, the effect on the judgment of tacit sunnah and the role of in determining of limit of legislative authority of the Prophet heve been processed separately. The tacit sunnah of the Prophet has the value of hüccet as well as the words and acts of him. The most concrete evidence that leads to this endeavor is the proving efforts of the companions with the tacit. In almost every case, we can say that the narratives of the tacit sunnah are included in the hadith collection, especially in the works called es-Sunen. According to my testimony, it has been related to at least the akaid, and most of them have been related to the worship. A detailed health analysis has been made by being taken into account the principles of the hadith method and and the narration of tacit and words sunnah in the case of the conflict. Because it is more tacit sunnah related to the worship, it has been researched about the narration of the tacit sunnah and words in conflict with the prayer. It has been found that, when it has been necessary, the tacit sunnah has more effect than the words in the determining of the legislative limit of the tacit sunnah.
