The political ethics in the context of the Prophet Muhammad?s administrative mentality

The state and the policy have been indispensable through the human history. A wide range of Islamic texts about the necessity of the state is included in the Holy Quran and sunnah.After adopting the Islamic religion, the Prophet performed a rapid organization on politics in the Arabian Peninsula where the tribalism was common. During his political leadership, the community had a reconstruction of which first steps were the Aqaba Obedience, the brothership of Muslims and the Medina Law.The bases of Islamic State are the superiority of law, the consultation, the suitability, the social solidarity foundations and the judicial independence. Besides, The Early Islamic States? institutions are the obedience, the military, the treasury, the judgment, the president, the education, the assignment, the pre-acceptance and the council.The moral features of the president are the non-cruel behavior, the obedience and the safety of community which means of dispensation of justice, treating equally on trade and education, providing the right of life, looking after the family rights, maintaining of the freedom of belief and thought, equally collecting of official incomes without wasting the national budget, considering of suitability for assignments and securing the right of property.
