The measurement of the awareness of the patients' rights in the primary health care: A study on Bahçelievler neighborhood

In this thesis, the level of knowledge and the attitudes of health personnels who work in The Primary Health Care is intended to evaluate in terms of health care quality and patient satisfaction which are important places in the patients? rights.However, it is considered that there is not enough work done in the area of determining the attitudes of health personnels of Primary Health Care towards patients' rights.The survey includes midwives, nurses, and physician groups who work in the health clinics, the main children?s health clinics, and the tuberculosis dispensary of the Bahcelievler Health Group Presidency. 127 health workers of those clinics have participated in this survey which is 91% success according to the total 139 health workers.Key Words : The Primary Health Care, Health Personnels, Patient Rights, Knowledge, Attitudeii
