Issues conflicting on the Hanafi imams in the field of worship and their analysis (Special to Qudûrî's al-Muhtasar)

This study analyzes the disagreements between Hanafi Imams and their evidence in the prayers section of Imam Kudûrî's work called al-Muhtasar; It consists of Introduction, Two Chapters and Conclusion. The introduction section focuses on the purpose, subject and sources of the study. In the first chapter, information is first given about the life and works of Imam Azam Abu Hanifa, the founder of the Hanafi sect, and his leading students Imam Abu Yusuf and Imam Muhammad. Then, the life and works of Imam Kudûrî are mentioned. The work of al-Muhtasar, which is the main subject of this study, is also included under a separate title. In the second part, the disagreements between Hanafi Imams in the worship section of the work called al-Muhtasar are discussed. The disputed issues were analyzed by including the evidence of the imams, and if there was a fatwa of the Supreme Council of Religious Affairs on the subject, it was also added. In the conclusion of the study, the opposing views of the imams of the Hanafi sect were evaluated. As a result of these evaluations, it was determined that the imams were allies on many issues, but had different views on some issues. It has been concluded that reasons such as their different procedural approaches, the change in the time and place they live in, or their different experiences played a role in their disagreements.
