ABSTRACTThe subject of our research is Concept of God that has been the oldest and an invariablematter in the history of thought, most of the philosophers opined on this concept. We willfocus on the two philosophers who had peculier point of views on the God concept. One ofthem is Spinoza from west philosophy and the other is bn Arabi from east philosophy.Furthermore, we tried to define the resamblance between these philosophers thoughts.This research is formed by introduction and three parts.In the introduction part, the general view of the God concept is given. God concept isexplained according to Spinoza?s religion Judaism and slamic religion of bn Arabi.General known name of the bn Arabi?s philosophy calls sufizm and panteizm that callsSpinoza?s philosophy understanding are explained at the end of the introduction.In the first part, the God concept is explained connecting by Vahdet-i Vücud with bnArabi?s ontologic view.In the second part, God concept is given with Spinoza?s ontologic view.In the third part, the similarities and differences of God concepts of these twophilosophers are given. Consequently the explanation is made according to evalution results.
