Abstract (EN)

Abd-al-Rahman Jami, who is more known as a scholar and poet, is also one of the important Sufis who adopted Ibn Arabi thought and represented this idea in Khorasan region. His activities in this field were to write books and annotations in order to be understood this idea and to defend it against its opponents. This study focuses on the sufism of Abd-al-Rahman Jami, his activities within the framework of this thought and especially Sharhu Fusus-al-Hikem among his works. In this context, Jami's sufistic aspect, acquaintance with the idea of Ibn-al-Arabi, the introduction of the works he wrote for to become understandable of this idea in the form of the finding out of the subject titles and defense efforts of this idea were discussed. In addition, the opinions of Jami about Fusus-al-Hikam of Ibn-al-Arabi, which is the least understood and hence be subject to criticism, were also determined. Also, the critical edition of his Sharhu Fusus-al-Hikam, which has not edited so far, was made, and the work; in terms of the reason of writing, the method of annotation, its sources and the content it brought forward, was examined.
