Abstract (EN)

Ibn al-Hājib and Ibn Mālik who were appreciated by scholars during their time, wrote very valuable works related to grammar, trained students, introduced new rules and regulations, and their works became the main source of madrasahs. It is of great importance to do research on the works of both scholars. While there are many theses and articles about Ibn al-Hājib and Ibn Mālik in today's Arab world, there are not enough academic studies in our country. In addition, the fact that there is no academic study on the works of Ibn al-Hājib and Ibn Mālik, related to the most important part of the syntax, al-marfûāt, makes the research unique. The aim of this research is to determine the narrative and rational evidence that Ibn al-Hajib and Ibn Malik used, specifically on the subject of al-marfûāt, to show the disagreements between them, to reveal their criticisms, preferences and narrations about the people of Basra and Kufa, their criticism of the views of linguists. The aim is to bring together the preferences and transfers in a systematic way, to express in detail the opinions, preferences and criticisms regarding the main elements of al-marfûāt, and to make an evaluation about the overall research.
