Abstract (EN)

This study was carried out predetermined stations in natural lakes of Inner Western Anatolia between April-September in 2007-2009. In order to doing physical analyses and identification, aquatic Coleoptera and water samples were taken at monthly period. Moreover, the relationship between aquatic Coleoptera and physical parameters of water were analyzed.Following the identification of these specimens, there were 87 species belonging to 7 Coleoptera families were determined in 11 natural lakes which are including 20 stations. Lake Işıklı has the maximun number of species. Contrary to Lake Isikli, Lake Saklı has minimum number of species. The physical parameters of water were investigated among the stations then these results were evaluated with aquatic Coleoptera. The physical parameters of stations determined as water quality classes which evaluated according to the Water Quality Control Regulation. As a result of the study, an identification of Coleoptera fauna was done and the physical parameters of water were determined for every station. Also, in the study area there were 17 species determined at only one station.
