Abstract (EN)
Traditional Turkish tile motifs are contained all design elements that affect visual perception in interior design. Therefore, it will be effective element in created and riched the aesthetic values of the living spaces with the visual expressions in the interior designs. The use of the traditional in accordance with this field in the contemporary interior design arrangements will give important results both in terms of being a means of self-expression for the designer and in keeping the traditional art in the field of interior architecture. This study is a research for the use of traditional tile motifs, which are based on centuries ago, and where works of admirable works are produced in different places as a design element in interior spaces. It is important to examine the traditional tile motifs which include the design elements that affect the visual perception in the interior, in the context of human-perception-interior design, in terms of evaluating a traditional culture within today's design approach. It is thought that a different perspective and source can be created in terms of increasing the visual richness and differences of interior spaces for the employees who are interested in the interior design of the results.
