Abstract (EN)

Today, corporate reputation has a very important concept and becomes more and more important every day. Corporate reputation perceptions of internal and external customers, which are crucial for the business, are one of the factors determining the success of the enterprises. The research also reveals that corporate reputation perception is an influence on organizational commitment, and both indicate that it is very important for business success. In this respect, it was aimed to determine the effect of internal customers' perceptions of corporate reputation on organizational commitment in this study. In this study, the concepts of customer, corporate reputation and organizational commitment were examined in general and analysis was conducted to determine the effect of internal customers' perceptions of organizational reputation on organizational commitment. For this purpose, a questionnaire form was prepared from 150 people working in the central workplace of TEIAS 22nd Regional Directorate and 109 people were easily interviewed by using sampling method and the questionnaires were analyzed by SPSS. As a result of the analysis, it was determined that internal customers' perceptions of corporate reputation had an impact on their organizational commitment. In addition, the differences of the corporate reputation and organizational commitment factors according to the demographic characteristics of the employees have been revealed.
