Özet (EN)

The aim of this study was to examined of structural technic position and economical productivity level of business units; do business about sheep and goats and to slove problems of these subjects. Mateial of this study is data obtained with surveys from 250 unites while using the stratificated random sampling metod. The units divided into three groups according to the size of farms. The first group contained 30-60 sheep-goat, second group contained 61-160 sheep-goat and third group contained more sheep or goat then 160. According to the result of statistical analyses, average population is 5.22 in goat unit; 5.02 in sheep unit. 48.85% of this average is male and 51.15% is female in sheep unit. 5.60% of the fathers of the families in goat unit and 4.0% of the fathers of families in the sheep unit don't know reading and writting. Family man-pover are 3.47 in goat unit, 3.37 in sheep unit. According to average of units, total cost for each production unit is 55.693.594 TL in goat farm, 57.992.186 TL in sheep farm. Estimated gross production value is 51.579.120 TL in goat farm, 58.858.025 in sheep farm. Beside the cost of 1 kg milk is 151.351 TL in goat farm 164.923 TL in sheep farm; in addition to this, the cost of 1 kg live weight is 1.970.760 TL in goat farm, 1.505.899 TL in sheep farm.
