Abstract (EN)

This study aims to reveal the characters and responsibilities of content generated learners', as new generation learners, in the learning processes for producing the contents which contain accurate and up to date information. In this context, the theoretical fundamentals of this research are 21th century skills theory, which explains the skills of the learners in digital environments and connectivism theory, which explains the nature of knowledge in the network. The principles of these two theories are crossed in a matrix which has formed in the context of content generated learners. Thus, the research questions, ask to field experts, are gathered. The answers, which are gathered by the field experts, are analyzed with using NVIVO11 software. At the end of the analyses, the main themes and sub themes are achieved that the characters and responsibilities to reach accurate and up to date information in the content generating process of the content generated learners.
