Textile products as a design element in interior design and its selection criterias

Textile products are important design elements affect the interior quality. Interior textiles include upholstery fabrics, draperies, curtains and blackouts used for window treatments, carpet and rugs used on floors. This work includes fundamental concepts related with interior design, general textile knowledge, interior textiles, maintenance of these products, selection criterias of them in interior. The work is crucial because textiles affect significantly the quality and function of the interior, and comfort of user, in terms of not being sufficient book in Turkish about this subject. It will be reached that interior textiles are important elements of interior and what the selection criterias are of them at the end of the work.
