Refund of execution according to the execution and bankrupt law

This thesis is named ?Refund of Execution? that is arranged at 40. sections ofExecution and Bankrupt Law, is institution of enforcement law.?Refund of Execution? is discussed in an enforcement proceeding by a judgementcreditor.
