Abstract (EN)

The communication practices of today's social and business life, on which information technologies are based, constitute market with considerable financial size in commercial terms. In sector, competition regulations made within scope of service ability require service provider businesses to carry out continuous marketing effort. Due to nature of marketing, every service provider is in competition. Marketing program takes customer-focused approach to employees can give business competitive advantage. In this context, effect of internal marketing practices on person-organization fit and in this effect, mediating role of justice perception of employees, moderator role of intrepreneurship characteristics were investigated. The research was applied on front-line employees of business serving in telecommunications sector. The research was conducted with participation of 658 employees. Analysis was carried out with SmartPLS statistical program. According to results, it has been determined that training-development, wage-rewarding, empowerment, internal communication, which are dimensions of internal marketing, have positive and significant effect on person-organization fit and flexible work has no significant effect. The mediating role of distribution justice has been determined in effect of wage-reward, empowerment, flexible work on person-organization fit, there was no mediating effect of distribution justice on influence of training-development, internal communication on person-organization fit. In effect of internal communication on person-organization fit, where positive and significant moderator role of intrepreneurship is, flexible work has negative and meaningful moderator effect of intrepreneurship on effect of person-organization fit, it has been determined there is no moderator role of intrepreneurship in effect of training-development, wage-reward, empowerment on person-organization fit.
