Özet (EN)
Predictive maintenance technique is dependend on the fact that most machine components will give some type of warning before machine parts fail. Providing cost savings with predictive maintenance is more useful than time-based preventive maintenance or conventional maintenance because it is done only when necessary. To evalaute equipment condition, predictive maintenance utilizes nondestructive testing technologies such as vibration analysis, oil analysis, thermal camera analysis and other specific online tests. The application of oil analysis is cheap, quick and easy, and at the same time it can save a lot of money. Oil analysis is the fastest, most accurate, and most reliable way to see what is in a machine and an engine, just like a blood test. In fact, even in an apparently clean oil, there are thousands of particles that can cause wear. These particles accelerate wear, reduce system efficiency, and reduce the performance of the unit. In this study, firstly oil samples will be taken from the test motor at certain periods and will be examined in the laboratory. In every system that works with oil, the wear elements come into play with normal working. With the analysis of wear elements, the problem is found before the unit fails. Very small particles can be detected by analysis of wear elements. The presence and combination of some elements in oil analysis will be evaluated. These elements will be such as copper (Cu), iron (Fe), chromium (Cr), lead (Pb), aluminum (Al), silicon (Si) and sodium (Na). Oil samples must be taken at regular intervals. Therefore, the oil samples will be taken in a period and a method determined from the diesel test motor. In the samples, values such as worn particle analysis, water quantity, viscosity, density will be examined. According to the analysis results, the changes in the engine parts will be determined and required comments will be made about the test engine.
