Abstract (EN)
In this thesis,As the investigation period, 1927-2009 population data is utilized. The city population,ruraln population, the rates of city and rural population in Turkey population between 1927 and 2009 and the basis causes of the changes accordin to the years and the variation charts and graphicsinterms, are prepared. Along with this, the differences between Governmental Geographic seperations in between 2000 and 2008 and according to 2008 Governmental seperation, in Metropole and in Province,in Governmental settlementthe changes are exhibited.The procedures an methods which are used in;Geneal census of population of TUİK, the Social and Economical qualities of population, Eskişehir Governorship population data , Eskişehir Special Provincial Administration population data, Eskişehir Metropolitan Municipality population data are used and composed the charts,graphics and maps.Key words: Population, city population, rural population, centre of town, country town, governmental frame, governmental seperation.
