Abstract (EN)

Administrative sanctions, which can be defined as the penalties given, without any judicial interference directly by the administration with an operation and with administrative law methods in conditions when laws authorise directly or do not forbide to, have been gaining increasing importance as a result of the tendency of extension of state governance, certain acts considering not to be crimes, authorising administrative authorities to dispose about certain sanctions. At the present day,administrative sanctions are requested more day by day. So that people must know the contents of administrative sanctions and behave according to that. I this study, first of all the general frame of administrative sanctions will be expressed. In the second chapter monetary penalties will be stated.
